Application:

Series ZYF oil filling machine is mainly suitable to oil-filling operation for oil-immersed the power transformers, mutual inductor, cable, cable, circuit breaker at vacuum state. To meet vacuum oiling procedures, ZYF is mainly composed of vacuum pump, roots pump, liquid circulating cooling systems and injection pumps. It also can be used for vacuum-pumping operation for electric equipment.

This product is equipped with three-stage purification, portable, easy to operate, very low price, no need of purification paper, environmental friendly. The product can effectively purify the tiny and fine mechanical impurities in oil, enabling it to be a prior choice for power industry, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, mechanics and railway enterprises for oil filling, oil drawing and high precision impurity removal of mutual inductor, lathe and oil breaker which of not use large quantity of oil.

Filtration Necessity:

ZYF series industrial oil filtration system is the ideal way to pre-filter and transfer fluids into reservoirs or to clean up existing systems. Fluid should always be filtered before being put into use.

Solid particle pollution leads to the failure of hydraulic system and lubricating system, so it is necessary to filter the industrial oil before pour it into system. New fluid is not necessarily clean fluid. Most new fluids (right out of the drum) are unfit for use due to high initial contamination levels. Contamination, both particulate and water, may be added to a new fluid during processing, mixing, handling and storage.

1. check and adjust after oil purifier works for a period of time

1). all the electric control apparatus

2). temperature controller

3). oil seals and motor couplings

4). clean filter elements, check pumps and motors

5). all the pipes for leaking

2. Clean the motor and change the lubricating grease

3. Check and add specified lubricating oil to vacuum pump,

4. If oil purifier is not in use for one month or more, put it on a dry, flat ground, close all valves and electric cabinet, cove the whole machine with canvas
