Application:
VPM Moveable Weather-proof type Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier is
developed for transformer oil degasification, dehydration and
filtration processing on site at outside. It adopts full enclosed
structure with function of weather proof. The Transformer Oil
Purifier Machine adopts double stages high vacuum system and
horizontal vacuum separators. VPM Moveable Weather-proof type
Transformer Oil Purifier with trailer can be carried out on road
and off road. Meanwhile, it also works with other electrical
insulating oil such as cable, circuit breakers, capacitor etc. The
Purification Process of VPM Transformer Oil Purifier is able to
maintain complete cleanness and improve dielectric strength of
insulating oil.
VPM Double Stages Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier with Enclosed
Door is mainly used to improve the properties of insulation oil for
66KV to 500KV project. It can remove trace water, gas, particulate
matters etc. from the insulating oil effectively and rapidly so as
to boost performance of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual
inductors, cable and capacitors which has insulation system.VPM

With Trailer specialize in purifying branded oil, insulating oil of
high voltage and super high voltage transformer. Additionally, it
is suitable for treating low viscosity lubrication oil. Dissolved
gasses in transformer oil can cause arcing, corona discharges, and
overheating--reducing the electrical efficiency.
About VPM30 Mobile Transformer Oil Purifier Machine:
This is the mobile type machine of our VPM30 model with PLC control
system,it design with weather-proof canopy and mobile trailer,can
treat 30L/minute(1800L/hour) transformer oil,these pumps used China
famous brand,we also could supply the Europe famous brand pumps as
customer required. This VPM30 mobile type transformer oil purifier
mostly suitable for Ultra High Voltage transformer oil,
particularly applicable to 110KV above power distribution system
and the national grid, shorten the oil treating duration during
installation and maintenance of transformer.
Functions:
The main oil filtration function of mobile type series of single
and double stage high-efficient vacuum oil purifier is to remove
free and dissolved water, gases, and mechanical impurities from
insulating oils so as to ensure its purity and improve its
insulation property. It is suitable for the application to oil
treatment 500KV super-voltage transforming equipment and 220KV
transformer. It is also suitable for the treatment of capacitor
oil, transformer oil and freezer oil.
Features:
1. Fully automatic temperature controlling system and multi-stages
electric oil heater adopts low-load design to ensure uniform
heating oil, the load is less than 1.0W/cm2, oil level and
temperature protection of heater, which avoid cracking and aging of
oil.
2. Mobile type with two or four tyres, completely closed structure,
waterproof, dustproof, move easy.
3. Installation of car tyres,Bridge shock absorber, braking system
and steel welding of entire trailer guarantee 60km/h speed.
4. Dealing with unqualified insulating oils, rapidly remove water,

5. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration
combined with molecular adsorption technologies

7. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system
to ensure machine operation easy and safely.
8. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump,
heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank
pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault,
machine will be power off automatically.
9. Horizontal double vacuum separation technology, doubling the
evaporation area and degassing time
10. Multi-stage precise filtration system with gradually increasing
precision, which can effectively remove mechanical impurities from
oil.
11. Automatic double-infrared liquid level controller, pressure
protector, which ensure long-term safely and reliable operation.
12. Automatic defoaming system with dual electronic monitoring
system, which avoid the foam ejecting and gushing to vacuum pump.
13. Advanced cooling system of vacuum pump, it reduces the
frequency of oil’s replacement and extends the life of vacuum pump.
14. Interlocked protective system connects oil pump, heater and
liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil
leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be
power off automatically.
15. Online oil treatment, vacuum drying and vacuum oil-filling for
electric equipments.
