Application:
VPM Moveable Weather-proof type Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier is
developed for transformer oil degasification, dehydration and
filtration processing on site at outside. It adopts full enclosed
structure with function of weather proof. The Transformer Oil
Purifier Machine adopts double stages high vacuum system and
horizontal vacuum separators. VPM Moveable Weather-proof type
Transformer Oil Purifier with trailer can be carried out on road
and off road. Meanwhile, it also works with other electrical
insulating oil such as cable, circuit breakers, capacitor etc. The
Purification Process of VPM Transformer Oil Purifier is able to
maintain complete cleanness and improve dielectric strength of
insulating oil.
Description of VPM machine:
1. Fully automatic operation controlled by PLC system, more easily
and conveniently.
2. Duplex-Stereo 3D film evaporation technology, combined with
unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly
and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
3. Stainless steel filters’ filtration combined with molecular
adsorption technologies, remove different sizes of impurities and
particles thoroughly.
4. Efficient carbon infrared electric heating system, heating
uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
5. Adopts interlocked protective system, which connect oil pump,
heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank
pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault,
machine will be power off automatically.
6. Fully automatic temperature controlling system, digital type
temperature gauge and temperature sensor, monitoring and
controlling oil’s actual heating condition and temperature.
7. Can works as vacuum oil filling machine, vacuum drying system
and vacuum pumping system.
Small volume, light weight, easily movable, low maintenance cost
and time.

Features:
1. Horizontal double vacuum separation technology, doubling the
evaporation area and degassing time
2. Based on the high efficient vacuum oil purifier, Roots vacuum
booster system and secondary high vacuum separation system are
added, which enable the vacuum limit reaching ≤5Pa
3. Multi-stage precise filtration system with gradually increasing
precision, which can effectively remove mechanical impurities from
oil.
4.Fully automatic temperature controlling system and multi-stages
electric oil heater adopts low-load design to ensure uniform
heating oil, the load is less than 1.0W/cm2, oil level and

oil.
5. Automatic defoaming system with dual electronic monitoring
system, which avoid the foam ejecting and gushing to vacuum pump.

control for pressure protection and power heating system ensures
the long-term safe and reliable operation of the equipment.

high vacuum and high speed operation status,drying the insulating
oil very well, improve the breakdown voltage up to 75 KV quickly.
